We went to eat at a Japanese steakhouse in Las Colinas. Very tasty. I enjoyed everything, including the soup, salad and plum wine we had pre-meal.
We toured the Gaylord Texan as well. The grossly massive hotel and convention center in Grapevine. A guy at my bro's church works in the accounting department at the Texan. He said the net profit of the hotel alone is $1 million per day. Those Gaylords know how to rake it in.
